1. Our Promise

At PALM Clothing, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and fit of every piece we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re committed to making the return and refund process simple, fair, and transparent.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached and items returned in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or items marked as non-returnable

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@palmclothing.store with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Refund Process

After receiving your returned item(s), we will:

  • Inspect them within 3–5 business days

  • Notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
